Paul will show you how Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can
revitalise your face-to-face communication skills.
Modern communication equipment dominates the market – Smartphone,
iPads, Web conferencing, Facebook chat, 4Square and so on. Organic
communication, an alternative way of describing traditional
face-to-face contact, seems to be forgotten. In his presentation
Paul will explore how conventional face-to-face contact with clients
can be enhanced to bring about a successful relationship.
To boost our understanding of communication, Paul will be using
some Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. NLP is the study
of excellence and has particular uses in improving our relationship
building skills when face-to-face with clients.”
