Paul's Bio

  • Over the past 20 years, Paul Archer has taught over 10,000 salespeople and sales managers how to increase their sales by focussing on real life practical strategies not theories. Paul helps you focus on relationship building, your personal selling skills, hypnotic selling, persuasion and influencing, presenting and communication.
  • Best known as the Rapportseller, Paul shows you how to help the customer to buy rather than sell to them.  Rapportselling puts the customer on the top of the pedestal where they belong.
  • He is able to use exciting and effective skills and techniques to revolutionise our thinking and can deliver his message in an energetic and enjoyable way.
  • His style is energetic and inspiring and all of his workshops and events are packed full of practical sales ideas that can be used the very next day. Always up to date in his approach, Paul maximises accelerated learning techniques to great effect.
  • Paul’s experience in the corporate arena concentrated in financial services. An avid salesman, dedicated sales manager and then an enthusiastic sales trainer. His corporate career took him to Sales Training Manager position at Zurich Financial Services in from 1996 to 2000, providing a variety of training initiatives to IFAs.
  • Since 2000, Paul has worked with a wide variety of clients as an independent training consultant. Working with the likes of Microsoft, Scottish Provident, Siemens, Simplyhealth, Kraft Foods, Legal and General helping their sales, sales managers and customer service people improve their skills. Paul has travelled across Europe and the Middle East in his speaking engagements.
  • Paul is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a qualified business coach, author and a member of the Professional Speakers Association. Prior to the speaking and training profession. Additionally he is qualified to support clients with the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and uses this wisely to bring excellent result in his trainings.
